Privacy Policy


We at ‘Multilingual Outsourcing’ believe it is our social duty to protect and properly manage private data. Here is our policy in full.

Collecting private data

In the ‘Contents’ section on the website, there are instances when private data from the customer is requested. In these instances, the purpose for this data is made clear to the customer before processing: in no circumstance will private data be processed without the full consent of the customer.

Usage of private data

  1. We take special care not to abuse the rights of the customer by making sure private data is used only for what it is needed for and not for any other purpose.
  2. We use the customer's inputted private data to send them promotions. If the customer wishes to discontinue this service, he/she may do so at any time by contacting us in the ‘Inquiries’ section.

Management and protection of private data

  1. As well as proper management of private data, we also ensure none of it is leaked to outside sources. We also endeavor to protect private data by carrying out sensible and effective safety measures against the threat of illegal access, loss, damage and manipulation by outside sources.
  2. We also make sure illegal access of private data from within the company is prevented by restricting access to specified users only.
  3. We will never reveal or pass on private data to third part persons outside our trustees and associates. Only when ordered by the Police or judicial court for legitimate reasons will private data be revealed or passed on without seeking prior customer consent.

Usage of Cookies

To aid customer convenience we use a function called ‘Cookies’. When using cookies, data inputted into, for example, the application form is temporarily saved in the customer's computer to save the customer having to re-input it when accessing again. Cookies are used in our website solely for the user-friendly aspect of our service- they are not used to collect customer private data.

Usage of IP addresses

IP address information which shows which domain is visited at what time by the customer on the website is stored as a log on the company server. This information is only used for web server data statistical analysis.

Changing/deleting/revealing data

As well as protection, in order to ensure proper management of private data, we accept requests for the changing/deleting/revealing of data via e-mail. Changes in private data can be made on the member page.
