Temporary programmers

Multilingual Outsourcing provide IT-specialised temporary staff service, mainly for computer programming
(The service covers all over Japan as well as our major servicing area of Kanto)
Our programmers are officially employed by us and are mostly Chinese nationals
(Fluent in Japanese in speaking and writing, Equivalent to 1st/2nd grade of Japanese Language Exam)

Temp to Perm Service

This service is recommended if you consider directly employing our temporary staff in future either on a full-time or contracted basis

Workflow

1. Client: Please explain specifications. In principle, we ask for a Functional Design Specification (FDS)
   Please submit a screen design (PSD or HTML) for WEB system development
2. Multilingual Outsourcing: Development, testing and configuration for the server source code (if it can be done via the internet)
3. Multilingual Outsourcing: Final testing
